Cancellation & refunds
- Cancel in writing to the Congress Secretariat
- Written cancellation by Friday 30 April 2027: refund less an administration fee of R 750.00
- No refunds after the cancellation deadline
- No refunds for no-shows
- Refunds are processed within 30 days after the congress
- Bank charges on refunds are for the delegate’s account
Substitutions
- Permitted up to 14 days before congress start
- Written request by the original delegate required
- Substitute must meet the registration category requirements
Programme, photography & privacy
- Programme changes: Organisers may amend the programme, speakers, venue, dates or social events. No refund or compensation for speaker, topic or schedule changes.
- Photography / recording: May be used by SAFSA for educational, promotional, marketing or reporting purposes. Opt out in writing before the event.
- Privacy (POPIA): Personal information is processed under the Protection of Personal Information Act 2013 for administration, communications, accreditation and certification. Data may be shared with authorised service providers. Reasonable protection measures apply.
- Certificates / CPD: Issued only with verified attendance via the monitoring system (e.g. badge scan).
- Acceptance: Submitting registration and/or payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
